Well after joining this crew I've posted at regular intervals on the forum and on rockstar social club I signed up for the roar rally and even after terrible server issues I received excellent support from you guys but....and I'm afraid it is a big but I thought the impromptu meet last night was a joke! There was no socialclub info or anything mentioned on the forum that suvs were required and once in the lobby there was no clear leadership just what seemed like a lot of bickering and complaints about shooting flairs and such like I'm hoping I get to see the welcoming side of the crew because last night I felt like a spare part hence why I left the lobby.

Gutted you didnt enjoy the meet last night. Obviously i wasn't there so can't comment on what went on but from experience of hosting meets on the 360 unfortunatly sometimes the lobby can get out of control which is a damm shame. Even an impromtu meet takes time to organise and when people show disrespect it sucks. Again, i can't really comment on the Forum info reference SUVs etc
Please take last night as a one off and hope you to see you at a future meet. The ROAR Rally is still going strong and as well as my Retro Gamer event coming soon there are more in the pipeline from other ORAS people. Persoannly, i can't be bothered with time wasters and people generally dicking around especially if they have been asked on multiple occasions; so if they do in one of my meets they are kicked; no questions.

Thanks cactus for the quick response I think part of my impatience is due to real life and having 6 week old newborn. But even so I'm generally an easy going kinda guy just can't tolerate people ducking about like I said only one person spoke to me and rest of the time I felt like a spare part

I actually ended up rather relieved last night when my connection cut out and I could no longer host.
In truth, it was a disaster as far as meets go; I'm relatively confident that others who have been to my impromptu's in the past would agree that it was almost impossible to control last night and a post has already been created on the FB page to make those who were there aware that their behaviour was appalling. As for people not responding to you, I genuinely think that was an issue with the lobby itself - several people were unable to hear others, I believe one participant could only hear me and nobody else.
I'm happy to accept some of the blame here, naturally; I'd had no sleep and due to other issues in the crew my stress levels were high. I could have handled the lobby a lot better under different circumstances. I also realise that I didn't specify SUVs on the Social page and for that I apologise wholeheartedly.
Next time will be a better experience by far and the 'bickering' as you put it [appropriate considering the childlike attitude of some of the participants last night] will be less so. Unfortunately one or two members in the session last night are more difficult to get a grip on when it comes to complaining and suchlike, but in most cases they end up leaving anyhow when they're not indulged and the rest of us can get on with a fun session.

Let's be clear I'm not putting the blame on you ph03nix but felt I should say something as being a newish member u felt I should make my feelings known rather than just quitting the crew as I feel as a whole you guys are really well organised and structured and look forward to future meets and events hats off to you guys especially Steve and cactus who were first to get in touch as a result of my post.

Not exactly sure what happened. Sounds unfortunate to say the least. Do I need to leave the PC fork and rejoin the primary group?

One bad night amidst a 9-month existence - could be worse! Yes, we're bringing everyone on the PC back to the original crew on R* Social. Better at home together. Stug, I know you're not blaming me. I wanted to acknowledge that I understand 100% where you're coming from and to offer a little more of an explanation. As for Steve and Cactus, they're absolute stars and I don't know where we'd be without them!

I'm getting the impression that you left before the plane even took off... so there is that. The beginning of a meet can be quite chaotic while waiting for everyone to arrive and for the meet to actually start. Yes there were a couple of members having difficulty with impulse control, and it has been discussed as to what will happen in those situations in the future.
There were also allot of established friends there that play together on a regular basis, so I'm sorry if you got lost in the mix but I'm not exactly sure what you were expecting. It takes time to get to know people, for you to get to know us in game and for us to get to know you. Sorry you felt ignore and slighted, I assure you this was unintentional. This wasn't the worst meet I have been to by a long shot, and I feel any it was just one of those nights. Ph04nix did a great job with a difficult group.

Yeah I appreciate that and I've been in crews before and mc's where there are difficult members or even just loud and impatient members but I was there a fair while waiting for things to happen and at one stage I felt like nothing was likely to happen ...now whether that is down to my own impatience due to lack of sleep (6 week old baby) or just the general feeling I got of being a spare part largely because arrived in the wrong vehicle (sandking) which I might add ph04nix apologised for due to this detail not being mentioned on socialclub. But still looking forward to getting to know all you guys
