Hello everyone I don't know who is interested but forza motorsport this year celebrates ten years and my oh my they have kicked off in style......its not often I'm this blown away by a demo but after playing the forza 6 demo yesterday I gotta say it's shaping up to be the best game in the series!!! The effects in normal weather are amazing but when you see the night race and racing in the rain it is truly spectacular. ... can't wait for this game to be released on Sept 18th

I wish i could play the demo, but I pre-ordered the special edition console... So I won't even have my Xbone until the 15th.

It's great if I could afford to get the ultimate edition I'd get the game on the 10th as well:-( will be well worth the wait from what I've seen on the demo though

Well, Forza 6 is officially awesome. It has crazy long loading times right now, though... Seems that it only downloads things when I get to them, which let me start playing sooner, but that just means I keep getting held up before races. Hopefully it'll run more smoothly once it's all downloaded.
Oh, also, Road Atlanta is completely screwed up. A lot of sections of the MotoGP circuit are missing, the support paddock entrance is completely remade, and there are tire walls all over the place where none exist in real life. Laguna Seca has the same tire wall problem, it seems, and I assume a lot of other tracks do as well. Really pisses me off.
The rest of the game is absolutely excellent, though!

I tried the demo and was as dissapointed as I have been with every other Forza i've tried.
The cars handle like they are on a bed of hot air and respond slower than my wife passing me the TV remote control. However, i will buy it once i see it pre-owned (might be a while)and see if setting changes make it bearable.

I think it's improved with every release of a new title the only problem I have was on the demo the first race has all the assists on which for a veteran of the series was a little frustrating lol as it's not really you controlling the vehicle ..... I have it pre order so should have it tomorrow although I wasn't crazy enough to pay double for the early access last Thursday lol

The assists are very annoying. I'd appreciate a good indepth review once you've played it for a while if you don't mind. Personally, I love it. The cars feel more real, night and rain races are fantastic, and the sticky grass is gone! The only downside is that, now, a lot of tracks have imaginary tire walls set up to prevent shortcutting... So if you love absolute realism, that might be a bit bothersome. (Laguna Seca's tire walls actually block Pit-Out! I can't believe they did that.) But yeah, I can go more in depth and answer any questions you have, or Stu can. |

I have never been a big forza fan, have found the game slow to load at times and things never seemed great. To play Played very little of forza 5 despite spending money on it.
Might give this one a go I'm not sure.
