We can all probably agree that GTAV and GTAO are the best in the series so far. But, as great as it is there are things that could make it even better. Outside of a few clothing items and cars the thing I really want is a Crew HQ.
I have explored the city and found hundreds and hundreds of buildings that would serve as clubhouses for crew members to meet up at. Someplace that could gather crew from different servers into a private crew only lobby.
Anything could be an HQ. An abandon warehouse, garage, gas station, bar, liquor store, Burger Shot, Junkyard yacht club, spa,,, anything! There are store fronts "For Lease" all over the city. Different themed buildings would appeal to different crews. Places like Hookies or the taxi company that intersect with story mode would remain unavailable. But there are enough vacant buildings that wouldn't be a problem.
Along with a meeting place the HQ would have community projects to improve it. Building codes would forbid any exterior changes, but the interior could have a number of improvements to add perks. Weapon and vehicle spawns mostly, but mini games and crew themed missions too.
It would be a giant hole to throw money and resources into. If you ever send suggestions to R* feel free to steal this idea. The more players that suggest it the more chance R* will do it.

This is an awesome idea. It would be great if you could set your spawn location to be the Crew HQ, so you always start off in that private crew-only lobby.
Two (and a half) questions: 1) What do you think would be the best building for ORAS ? 2) How can we submit suggestions to R* ? 2.5) If someone has already submitted this suggestion, is there a way to upvote it ?

1) I stick by my belief that the saw mill is perfect. Lots of cover, tons of parking spaces (a lot of it under cover), near the train tunnel, near Paleto Bay, at the bottom of Chiliad... gets my vote every time. 2) I'll look into that for you!

I actually keep my off-road vehicles in my garage/safehouse in Paleto Bay - the house is literally across the street from the beach !

The sawmill would be cool. But it might fall under the intersect story mode clause since it is the location for "Lamar Down". The gas station at the top of Paleto Bay next to the mod shop would be a good location too.
Somewhere in the support section of the R* page, I can't remember exactly where, you can give suggestions to the devs. If you post an idea on the board the answerbot will provide a link after a while. The robot will even send a thank you email.

We discussed this briefly before. And looked at the ranch as a possible place. Based on that I made a few little modifications to it in creator. At the ranch I added some busty babes in the pool and by the bbq. I created a fight pit, golf cart demo derby and Bmx track (lol) and a bifta circuit around the grounds. Within a capture game, so it's just a nice little place to go and hang out (different things to do). Will try post a video at some time and invite a few people in. Need to make some modifications first.

Sorry, did I quote the wrong thing ?
I think I was saying that the gas station at the north end of Paleto Bay would be cool because it has a large parking area that would be convenient for a meet/sideshow, plus Beeker's Garage right there in the same parking lot. It's also a good starting point because the mountains are about 100 yards in one direction, the beach is 100 yards in the other direction, and it's right off the freeway for some cruising.

I've always thought this. Everytime I drive by it I think to myself how cool it would look with it a parking lot full of vehicles. Here's the closest I've gotten to a group hanging out at the Gas station
